2. CUSTOMS ISSUES
1) We are in no way responsible for any action of the customs. If your package
is held at customs, we will try to have it released. If not, there is nothing we can
do about it and you WILL NOT be offered a refund! But if you buy the insurance
we will resend the shoes to you for free one time!
2) All packages must be signed for. If nobody is at home to receive your package,
it will be held until you are able to sign for the package
3) WE DON'T OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY.
3.FAQ
1). How can we get futher information if we paid for the products ?
We will advise you the tracing number of the parcel by E-mail upon receipt of the number from the express company. And as usual, you can
trace your parcel within 3 days.
2). How long will it take to receive our products we order?
On average, it takes 5-7 working days to receive your parcel. Some items will be delivered earlier.
3). Can you reserve the goods we selected until we pay for it?
Yes, of course, but you will have to confirm back the goods by email and we will keep
them for you in a week. However, if we haven't received your payment in a week, we will sell it
out to other customers.
4). What payment term does you can accept?
For all the orders, FULL prepayment is required.
